Reggie has visited several of the Cygnet Health Care sites in the Mansfield area with significant success. Each time Reggie visits he creates a fantastic atmosphere for not only the patients but also the staff. Reggie provides therapy to the patients and staff, which helps to improve their overall well-being, mood, and communication skills.
Care Homes
In March 2020 Reggie visited Ashdale Care Home in Mansfield.
A great session where Reggie interacted with a large proportion of the residents and brightened their day.
Reggie has also visited Fire Stations (when his handler is not on duty) and interacted with emplyee's. After visits we ask for people who have interacted with Reggie to fill in a simple feedback form. Below are some of the replies we have had, to prove validity we have included the initials of the authors. The hope is that one day Reggie will become an accepted form of Therapy within the service to aid wellbeing for staff.........
